I've never done Pilates, where is the best place to start?


The best place to start is with a Private Session. Whether you are training online or in-person you'll get a taste of the workout/equipment and learn all the Pilates sayings in your session.




When will I begin to see improvements in strength?


This depends on how many times a week you train and how consistent you are. 2-4 times a week will give you the best results! Like Joe Pilates says "In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 session you see the difference and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body."




I'm pregnant, can I do Pilates?


Yes! As long as you have been approved by your doctor. We have a Pilates Wedge to keep you safe throughout your pregnancy. We suggest taking private sessions where we specialize in Pilates for Pregnancy.




How long do I have to use my private sessions and/or class packs?


Private Session packages expire 6 months from the day you purchased. Class packs expire 2 months from the day you purchased. Unfortunately, we're not able to offer refunds or transfers.
